Delivery & Charges.

From our speedy Next Day deliveries to a specialist service for our more fragile items, we aim to provide the very best delivery option to safely deliver your goods. The cost of our delivery service is fixed for each item and already included in the price of your product, therefore at the checkout you will not see any additional charges for your items to be delivered.

Our Current Response to COVID-19

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there are slight changes to our usual delivery services to ensure we are working within a Covid secure environment and following social distancing guidelines, this is to keep both yourself and our delivery providers safe.

Orders using our standard delivery option, which is usually our Next Day* service and covers most occasional furniture items, can now take up to 5 working days to be delivered. This service delivers orders to your doorstep through one of our approved suppliers.

We are working closely with all of our delivery couriers to ensure we limit disruption, the best we possibly can during this unprecedented time. Please bear with us as we try to keep our operations running as smoothly as possible. *Please note where possible our Next Day delivery will still be applied. You’ll receive email confirmation of shipment with expected delivery date once your order has been placed and processed.

**We will be constantly reacting to new government guidelines and tiered risk levels. We have been advised that in some cases, our delivery team will be unable to enter your property and items will therefore be delivered to your doorstep. Should you require room of choice delivery, please get in touch before you place your order and we will discuss any accommodations we can make for you.

Delivery.

At Ruby’s Room we guarantee a safe and secure deliver service, the number of items or type of items may lead to different timescales, this will be discussed at the time of purchase

Standard Delivery: Occasional furniture including coffee tables, sideboards and bedsides.

Where possible, this is our Next Day delivery service. Subject to time of order and delivery postcode. If your item(s) is/are in stock and the order is placed before 1pm, we will aim to deliver this the next working day. Items will arrive via one of our approved suppliers. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with information regarding the expected date of delivery.

 

Large and fragile items may take a little longer to be delivered, to make sure your products are delivered carefully and with care. These can take upto 8 working days to be delivered, from the date your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and text from our delivery partner with a date of delivery and a three hour time slot of their arrival. This will be followed by a courtesy call up to 30 minutes prior to your delivery on the day. Pallet deliveries may vary, however we do issue an email of the kerbside drop.

If your delivery date is unsuitable or a delivery is missed, we will reschedule and get back to you with a new date and time.

When will my order be delivered?

For our smaller and less fragile items we love a fast turnaround! So if everything in your order is in stock, we aim to get these dispatched for delivery the next working day, if ordered before 1pm.

For more fragile orders, such as those for mirrored furniture, we will arrange a delivery service which may take a little longer to get to you, but this will always arrive in the safest way possible. This could take between 6-8 working days.

Our warehouse dispatches orders that are in stock to our approved couriers Monday-Saturday, (excluding bank holidays).
